ShantelV. Norman
An unforgettable voice. An extraordinary experience.
Music with
real presence.
For Shantel V. Norman, a memorable evening begins with connection: finding the room's rhythm and giving guests something to carry home.
An award-winning entertainer, entrepreneur, and hospitality professional based in Sarasota, Florida, Shantel moves naturally through R&B, soul, Motown, jazz, funk, reggae, gospel, Top 40, and contemporary favorites. Her professional performance experience includes the Sarasota Orchestra, national entertainment competitions, and appearances for professional sports organizations.
She also knows what happens beyond the stage. Her background in hospitality, corporate meetings, and meeting sales informs the preparation, communication, and thoughtful details that help guests feel cared for.
Those two perspectives inspired her to establish Vashon Collective, a luxury live entertainment company combining musical excellence with professionalism and thoughtful guest experiences.
As founder and signature lead vocalist, Shantel performs with professional backing tracks or alongside a full live band of professional musicians. The company offers solo vocals, full live bands, and customized entertainment for corporate events, weddings, galas, and private celebrations.

A Name with Purpose. A Brand Built on Passion.
Vashon isn't just a name. It's my middle name, a part of who I am, and now the foundation of something I've envisioned building.
After years of performing, connecting with people, and creating memorable moments through music, I wanted to build something that reflected both my passion for entertainment and my commitment to excellence.
Vashon Collective was born from that vision: a luxury live entertainment company where exceptional music, genuine connection, and unforgettable experiences come together.
It's personal to me, but the vision is much bigger than me.
Vashon Collective. Curating Extraordinary Experiences.
