Vashon Collective uses the information you provide through a booking inquiry to respond to your request and discuss your event. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and event details you choose to share.

These details include your name, email address, company or organization, phone number, event date, location, event type, estimated guest count, performance duration, budget range, entertainment needs, and any additional information you provide. The form identifies which fields are required.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to communicate about availability, services, and your event. We may retain it as needed to manage that conversation and our business records.

Inquiries are sent over an HTTPS connection to Theo Forms, which processes and stores submissions for Vashon Collective to review and manage. Booking inquiry notifications are configured for bookings@vashoncollective.com. The form uses validation and spam protection to help prevent incomplete or unwanted submissions.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, pages viewed, and visitor interactions, helping us understand how people use the website and improve their experience.

When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and _ga_* cookies to maintain visit and session information. These cookies support website usage reports rather than the processing of your booking inquiry.

Nonessential analytics cookies are not read or written until you select Accept, or return with a previously saved acceptance. Before consent, or after you select Decline, cookie-based analytics remains disabled. The Google Analytics tag still loads and may send basic measurements without analytics cookies to Google for measurement and modeling. Declining analytics cookies does not stop these cookieless measurements.

Your cookie choices

You can select Accept or Decline in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, then choosing Decline. Withdrawing consent disables further analytics cookie use and removes the website's existing Google Analytics cookies. It does not undo information already sent.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we can remember it on later visits. If you clear that storage, use another browser, or your saved preference expires, the banner will ask again. You can submit a booking inquiry whether you accept or decline analytics cookies.

Third-Party Services

Vashon Collective uses service providers to support website functionality, booking inquiries, and analytics. These include Theo Forms for processing and storing booking inquiries, Google Analytics for website usage measurement, and Elfsight for displaying the public performance calendar on the See Shantel Live page.
